The ever-popular champagne picnic concert Proms Spectacular returns to Shugborough with a programme of classical and popular British favourites.

This truly British weekend is set in the beautiful surroundings of the magnificent 16th Century Shugborough Estate, giving a real sense of extravagance and occasion, to what can only be described as one of the best music and fireworks events of the year.
 On Friday 1st August join the party and dance the night away with a tribute to Rock and Pop. Take a step back to the 70s and 80s and experience some of the greatest hits of the decades, concluding with a fantastic firework finale. Bring your picnics and dress for the occasion to add to the fun of this great party in the park.

Champagne, picnics and flags at the ready for this traditional British spectacle, A Proms Spectacular on Saturday 2nd August.
A fantastic aerial display by a World War II Spitfire is the prelude to the internationally acclaimed City Concert Orchestra, conducted by Adrian Jackson, who will delight you  with the great patriotic classics we all know and love so well. The evening concludes with a breathtaking choreographed Firework Finale.
Wristbands
We are always trying to improve the service we provide to concert visitors, and with this in mind, and as part of general security improvements, this year we will be issuing ‘wristbands’ which should be worn throughout the concert. If you leave the arena, you will be issued with an entry pass which will be surrendered upon returning to the arena. Full instructions will be issued with the wristbands at the time of purchase.
