Tickets
Purchasing tickets couldn’t be easier. You can order by using our online booking service and save £1.00 per ticket. Alternatively, tickets can be ordered by calling our friendly and helpful Ticket Hotline on 0845 126 0797, or by contacting The Shugborough Estate on 01889 881388.
Wrist Bands Please note new security procedure.
We are always trying to improve the service we provide to concert visitors, and with this in mind, and as part of general security improvements, this year we will be issuing ‘wristbands’ which should be worn throughout the concert. If you leave the arena, you will be issued with an entry pass which will be surrendered upon returning to the arena. Full instructions will be issued with the wristbands at the time of purchase.
Persons arriving at the arena check point without either a valid wristband or re-entry ticket, will not be permitted to enter the concert area unless an entry fee is paid at the rate applicable on the day of the concert.

Gazebo Hire
A limited number of gazebos are available for hire, and are located around the perimeter of the concert arena. Each gazebo has two side curtains to allow privacy. For further details, please contact the Information and Ticket Hotline. (Book early to avoid disappointment, as private gazebo's can't be erected)
Tables and Chairs
Plastic patio tables and chairs are available for hire. The tables will be suitable for seating four people, and are sold as a complete set. We recommend that you book in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed. This can be done online, whilst booking your tickets, or through our Ticket Hotline. Click here to book.
Concert Times
Both of the concerts begin at 7.30pm, and entry to the concert arena will be from 5.00pm onwards, finishing with the Spectacular Choreographed Firework displays at approximately 10.30pm. Car Parking, Drop Off & Collection Points
A large, free car park is available very close to the concert arena for all vehicles. The drop off and pick up point is approximately 10 minutes walk from the concert arena. Please note, all vehicles picking up must be inside the estate no later than 15 minutes before the end of each concert.
Entrance to the site is available via the A513 ONLY using the main and rear entrances. Essex Bridge will be closed until 10pm.

Catering and Bars
Although many concert goers will bring their picnics, there will be light refreshments on sale. Burgers, German Sausages, a Hog Roast, wine and beer will also be available.
Shugborough Estate
Enjoy a whole day out by visiting the beautiful 16th Century Shugborough Hall, with its extensive collections of china, silver, paintings and furniture.
For those who wish to visit the splendid Shugborough Estate, it will be open as usual to visitors between 11.00am to 5.00pm. To stay and enjoy the concerts in the Estate's magnificent surroundings, tickets may be available on the day, but we strongly recommend you buy them in advance to avoid disappointment.
