TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Enquiries concerning the concerts should be made to the point of purchase.

2. Entries to the concert arena will be by security wristband only. Wristbands cannot be exchanged or replaced if lost and are strictly Non refundable.

IMPORTANT
(Please read the instructions issued with the security wristbands.)

3. The Promoter and its authorised agents:

a . may refuse admission of the wristband holder to the concert premises or request the holder leave the premises and take any appropriate measure to enforce such a request.
b. may eject from the concert premises, or seek to prosecute any person who causes injury or disturbance, e.g. surfers, stage divers, drunkards etc.
c. do not allow the use of mobile telephones during concerts.
d. may change Artistes, programme or timings where necessary without notice or refunds. The promoter will not be liable for compensation claims for damages whether direct or indirect consequential or otherwise as a result of change of Artistes /programme.

4. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21, and there must be no more than two minors per adult.

5. Customers are advised that high levels of noise could damage hearing and dance areas are used at customer’s own risk.

6. Cars are parked at the Shugborough Estate at their own risk. Neither the Promoter nor the Management can accept responsibility for any damage/loss to cars whilst on the premises. No overnight parking.

7. Pets, barbecues, tent and bivouac structures, open naked flames, fireworks, sparklers and cooking appliances are strictly forbidden on concert premises.

8. Only gazebos provide by the Promoter and hired through the Information and Tickets Hotline are allowed. Private gazebos are not permitted under any circumstances.

9. Aircraft appearances subject to satisfactory flying conditions.

All concerts are OUTDOOR picnic style. Please bring: tables, chairs, food and drink; a variety of food and refreshments will be available on site. Marquees, gazebos, tables and chairs are available for hire, please telephone the Information & Ticket Hotline for prices and reservations 0845 126 0797.
